Finished!

Yes, I did it! My Christmas sampler is finally finished. I'm really proud of myself.
It really needed some freshening up, so I washed it in a mild dishwashing liquid (I used Ecover) and rinsed it with cold water.

So now it is ready to be framed.

This week, another two (almost) finished projects: a knitted sweater and cardigan. To be continued...

I can only imagine the sense of accomplishment that you must feel! Your sampler is absolutely, beautiful and is a true work of artistic talent. An heirloom for sure---. Are you going to frame it? You must feel the loss of a huge weight with this project completed. What ever will you do with your time? LOL!!!

Simply stunning---

Hi Sabine, it's so nice to see your lovely sampler finished (I've been following it's steady progress). I'd have been afraid to wash it after so much work. And just look at the patterned sweaters you are making! What a busy bee you are, I'm envious of your skills. We are certainly ready for spring in the north but we have snow forecast for Easter in England!!! Ugh! I was hoping for some garden days. Wishing you a very happy (warm and dry) Easter, Eli x
