


In the past week (I think we had the worst weather ever in March, hail and snow and rain), I passed my time with browsing trough old postcards, pictures, letters,...
I found these pictures of my mother when she was young. Pictures like this always make me wonder: why can't I look as glamourous as the women did in the fifties?

I know what you mean. I think it's because expectations were different and women dressed up more everyday.
