Blossom

It's amazing how the weather has changed in a week! It's rainy and cold, weather to stay indoors, near the fireplace. Luckily, I took some pictures of the first blossoms last week, they're all rained away now...

Perfect weather to get back to work, and that is what I'm going to do right now!

Ooh Sabine, I have this book too!(the one you used for your first image of spring). It is my favourite childhood book, and I would never part with it. I just LOVE the illustrations, and my favourite story was always the one where Mary learnt to ride on her Uncle's farm. I just used to so wish I could be her.

Thanks for visitting my blog Sabine. I'm up in the middle of the night here, can't sleep, so visitting my friends!!! I didn't make the bag, but I am teaching myself to crochet the Granny squares. I found the bag while "thrifting" just before easter.I blogged about it under the op shopping label on my blog. It weas such a find, I couldn't believe I had found one in such good condition. Comiserations on your weather. I am trying not to get too dispondent about the approaching winter here.

Oh how beautiful are your blossoms Sabine! Same here dear friend, so may beautiful flowers and our torrential rain of the last few days made short work of all that! Your pictures are just stunning!

You finished the laundry bag!!! I love it! I also love the picture you have on your blog - I am a cat lover also. Enjoy the Spring weather - including the nice soft rains that come with it here in the Southern part of the USA.
